Your AT Status to Talos Status
Because every IT Service Provider is a little different in their processes and terminology, we need to align the common status that Talos uses with the status you use in Autotask. This allows Talos to understand what stage a ticket is up to and what to set a ticket to, given the right commands.
Click on edit status
For each Talos Status, set your own internal Status. It is common (and normal) that you will set the same status for some of the Talos statuses.
Once completed, you will return to the default Talos Preferences screen with the Portal Onboarding steps now complete. You can return to these preferences at any time to modify them
